About

For first time travelers, seasoned backpackers, solo sallies and best buds that are off to see the big wide world (or only my mum who's my #1 fan). I'd like to share a slice of my travel wisdom with you - but only if you promise to laugh along with me! I don't take myself too seriously, I sometimes spend all day worrying and I'm running away from everything that means I'm an adult.

I've come to the conclusion that there's not much that travel won't teach you so I'm here to spread the word that I think its the absolute balls and probably the best thing you'll ever do, whether you've got a buddy or you're doing it alone!

So ... how did I get here?

Since leaving the U.K. in 2015 I've been to nine different countries. My first backpacking ramble took me to Southeast Asia for six months before spending a year working and travelling in Australia.

Over the past two years I've had some once-in-a-lifetime experiences, learnt some serious life lessons and lost a boyfriend along the way, so now I'm going solo (which is totally awesome). Since then I've spent two months in Indonesia and I'm currently in India volunteering for a UN recognised women's empowerment organisation, which is the actual dream and I'm loving every minute of it! This type of travel is completely new to me; I'm not used to staying put for this long but I'm enjoying immersing myself in the middle of India's crazy, chaotic and colourful culture.

Big Love.
